Step 1: Your Discovery Call

Purpose:

We’ll dive deep into your project goals, challenges, and vision. Think of this as the foundation of your project’s success.

Outcome:

By the end of this call, you’ll have a clear understanding of how we can help, along with a tailored strategy.

Take a few moments to reflect on your project’s objectives and timeline.

Gather any relevant materials or ideas you'd like to share with us.

Step 2: Explore Our Packages

After your discovery call, you can start developing your product using one of the payment links below:

How to choose:

Review the packages and choose the best fit for your stage of development.

If you start from scratch, the first step is to build your MVP with Baseline.

If you want to build new features and improve your product at full speed choose Growth Plan.

If you don't have any new tasks for us and you just want small changes, bug fixes or maintenance choose Support Plan.

Key notes:

You can pause or cancel at anytime your subscriptions.

Pause means you delay your already paid sprints for a later date. You can do that if you currently don't have time/ new tasks for us.

You can switch back and forth between Growth and Support based on your needs.

Step 3: Develop your product

When you start your project, we will create a new project in Linear ( our project management tool) and email you an invite link to your project. There you will have access to your Project Board.

Project Board:

See in real time the progress of your project, the status of each task (divided into 4 columns) and a live demo of each completed task.

Integrated Slack and Loom asynchronous communication. Support 24/7.

Links to Scope Document, Figma Designs, Manage Subscription Bi-Weekly Reports and any other relevant links.

Task Status:

'Task Backlog' - this are all the tasks of your project that are not started yet and wait in the backlog.

'Active Sprint' - all the tasks we actively work on in the current week.

' Client Review' - all the completed tasks that are waiting for your review/approval.

'Done' - all the finished and approved tasks.

First thing you have to do after you log in to your Project Board is to complete the

After the Scope Document is complete, we will generate all the Project Tasks in the 'Task Backlog' column and start working on your project. This all happens in the first 48 hours.

When a task is actively worked on, it will be moved in the 'Active Sprint' column. A Sprint lasts from Monday to Friday.

When we complete a task, we move it into the 'Client Review' section.

Client Review:

'You will see a live demo video of the completed feature attached to the task.

Communicate to us any changes you want to make using a Loom recording or Slack inside Linear. We will work again on it until you are 100% satisfied.

When you are completely satisfied, we move the task in the 'Done' column.

If you want to add any features/tasks, you can create new ones in the ' Task Backlog'.

You will receive Bi-Weekly Reports with the progress of your project and have optional Bi-Weekly Development Meetings to discuss the project.
